I'm a digital designer with a keen eye for detail, combining UX, motion and interaction design to craft meaningful digital experiences.
I’m Bas Burgers, a digital designer based in Amsterdam and a recent graduate in Communication and Multimedia Design at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where I finished with an average grade of 8.0.
I’m passionate about creating digital experiences that truly connect with people. My process revolves around understanding users and translating their needs into thoughtful, intuitive designs. I like exploring how new technologies and motion can make digital products feel more alive and engaging.
Outside of design, I love film, music, and live performances. You can often find me playing basketball or spending time with friends at a bar.

Freelance __________ Currently I'm working as a freelance digital designer, helping clients create digital user experiences and products such as promotional animations, translations of brand identities and augmented reality experiences.
Thesis Project __________ For my thesis project, I conducted extensive research to eventually create a solution for the large amounts of borderline brand new furniture that is being thrown away each day.
Digital Design Intern __________ During my internship at the design and marketing agency KAPOOOW, I gained valuable hands-on experience as a lead designer on multiple high profile projects.
EDUCATION
